Solution:
1. There are obstructions. If there are obstructions between the line cards or between the line cards and the line AP, especially metal obstructions, the transmission of the network cable signal will be seriously affected.
2. Are there other interfering devices? Microwave ovens, wired phones and other devices with similar frequencies to wireless networks will cause greater interference to network cable transmission, resulting in a decrease in communication rate.
3. Change the channel with less interference through channel analysis in the AP management page.
4. Are AP isolation and VLAN settings turned on?
1. Can the AP's uplink access the Internet normally? You can connect an AP near the uplink to test.
2. Is the connected WIFI name SSID correct?
3. Is the optical modem normal? Check the optical fiber indicator on it. Red means abnormal.
4. Open the AP cover and press and hold the Reset button for 10 seconds to initialize the AP configuration.
5. Is the DHCP IP address pool sufficient?
6. Is the switch looped back?
7. DNS is set to 114.114.114.114.
